If you do not have a radio code inside you glove box, don't worry. You can still retrieve it. But first you'll need your radio serial number.
How to Retrieve Your Serial Number if You Have a 2002 or Newer Honda

2. To Access Your Honda Radio Code via Phone
Call Honda America Client Services at 1-800-999-1009. You will be required to provided your VIN number, radio serial number, as well as proof of ownership.
